Perry Central CIA Construction students are making and selling wooden napkin holders, barnwood birdhouses, bird feeders, and coat racks. New to the napkin holders are customized team logos! For Dr. Seuss week, Ms. Natasha's preschool class made green eggs to go along with the book Green Eggs & Ham. They each got to crack an egg & mix it. Afterwards, everyone got to try the green eggs! #good2bgreen

Commodore Manufacturing won Innovative Program of the Year at the Indiana Chamber Impact Award Luncheon! Commodore Manufacturing was recognized as a student ran business that offers a Department of Labor Approved Apprenticeship.



The Athletic Department is selling Merkley Meats. The fundraiser begins today and will run through Wednesday, March 13th. All orders & payments are due on March 13th. The kids and teachers had fun earlier this week with spirit week! Tuesday was Students Dress as Teachers, Teachers Dress as Students Day!





Hunter Kellems and Eli Underhill earned 2nd place for Commodore Engineering for the 2024 Student Industries Case Competition! They won $4000 for their class! The competition is a highly competitive event and the team was complemented for having an impressive performance and unique approach for creating multi-piece assembly to service an industry partner’s request.


We want to congratulate our Perry Central Band Members for their performances at Indiana State School Music Association Solo and Ensemble last weekend. Trumpet Soloist (Taylor Hagman) and the Percussion Ensemble (Riley Foster, Bella Harpenau, Justin French, Allison Meyer, Julia Walsh, Wyatt Harris, Noah Shearn, and Madison Kelly) all earned a Gold rating! The French Horn Trio (Elise Lawalin, Justin French & Madison Kelly) earned a Distinguished Gold rating! You can view performances on the Perry Central Band Facebook page.

Boys Basketball Sectional begins next week. Perry Central will play the winner of Game 2 (North Posey vs. South Spencer) next Friday, March 1st at 7:00 p.m. Sectional is at Southridge Memorial Gym in Huntingburg. Tickets are $7.00 per session or $15 for season pass (preschool aged children and younger are free). They are asking fans to please pre-purchase tickets to speed up the lines at the gate.
