
Our Elementary staff had underground spirit days earlier this week, where they kept it a secret from the kids. Tuesday was "anything but a cup day", teachers had to drink out of anything but a cup. The kids all thought that it was so funny!









Thanksgiving Break is November 27th-29th. School will resume on Monday, December 2nd. Have a safe and relaxing break, Commodores!


Commodore Construction and Commodore Manufacturing have been busy! Commodore Construction Habitat for Humanity House update: the trusses are set, braced off and roof decking is being applied this week! We look forward to watching the house being built and thank Mr. Josh Craney and Mr. Mike Jarboe for their guidance with the students and Habitat for Humanity for their partnership!

We are having our annual food drive, and you can help by donating canned food and nonperishable items now through November 26th. Items needed are canned soups/stews, canned vegetables, instant potatoes, spaghetti noodles, spaghetti sauce (no glass jars), canned fruit, dish soap, peanut butter, canned meats (Spam, chicken, tuna, etc.), Hamburger Helper, cereal, applesauce, granola bars, juice, paper towels, laundry soap, ramen noodles. Your kindness will make a difference to our families that need it the most!

The annual Candy Cane Carnival will be held on Wednesday, December 11th from 5:30-7:30 p.m. in the Cafetorium. The book fair will be in the Elementary Commons and the PC Band will perform at 6:30 in the High School Gym.

Thanks to Jasper Engines for their visit last week to learn more about our CTE programs and for helping us build systems that are authentic and true to industry standards. Our students practiced their communication skills by presenting to our guests, sharing their learning.








Yesterday Perry County 10th graders connected with professionals from various career fields, gaining insights and inspiration for their futures. Aspire is always a great event for our students! Thanks to all of our community members for investing in our future leaders!










We were able to get the high school freshmen on a college campus today and learn more about different educational training. We know that every student needs something beyond a high school diploma - 2 year degree, 4 year degree, apprenticeship, military experience, industry certification are all important in our economy!! Thanks to these colleges for letting our freshmen explore their options! Ivy Tech Community College Evansville, Vincennes University Jasper, University of Southern Indiana, and Jasper Engines & Transmissions.

Commodore Construction has been busy working on the modular home they are building for Habitat for Humanity! This is the second home that they have built for Habitat. We look forward to watching Mr. Josh Craney and his students build the home this school year!
