Thanks to Tessa (Lynch) Fahse for attending our Junior High Robotics practice earlier this week! She helped students with problem solving and coding. She also taught students how to code using block logic! Tessa works as a PLC technician at Controlled Specialists Incorporated in Evansville! Connecting our alumni/industry partners with our students is a powerful thing! #good2bgreen

Congratulations to Adam Goffinet and Dylan Lynch for landing in the top 10 for the University of Evansville Changemaker Challenge! They (along with their PC team) have been working on building a STEM Mobile Lab for UE and Toyota. It is a great project, and we are proud of them! #good2bgeen

Mrs. Natasha Newton’s preschool class had some fun with science this week. They put water in cups, froze them, then they did an experiment to see if salt or sugar would melt the ice. As a class they talked about how the salt and sugar looked the same & how they were different.

The owners of Magnolia Coffee invited our Small Business Thursday to visit. The kids were able to sample their drinks and pastries, they were delicious! We appreciate their time and words of wisdom they shared with the students. #good2bgeen

The PC Varsity girls played in an exciting matchup last night, where they defeated the longtime cross-county rival, Tell City, 37-30. The fact that it was also senior night for the 6 seniors, Maggie Cunningham, Jadyn Smith, Emily Parker, Emily Elmer, Lyndy Whistle, and Taylor Borden, made the win even more exciting.
Coach Elliot voiced, "Last night's win was a total TEAM effort. Each person was motivated and focused for this game. A lot of players took leadership to keep everyone involved in the game."
The varsity girls' next game will be 10:30 at Northeast Dubois this Saturday.
